We love the arts in all their diversity of forms, but we particularly love dance! Research from around the world tells us that dance is good for us in so many ways. At a time when we need to look after ourselves physically and emotionally, we can think of no better way of doing this than to dance. Dance helps us to connect with others, to get physically active and fit and to express feelings and ideas. We are a group of Surrey councils working together using the arts to help achieve council priorities, including health and wellbeing and feeling good about where we live.
